Refund policy
There are no refunds or exchanges for digital products. All purchases are final.
Refunds cannot be given on snail mail after the charge and order have been placed on the 25th of the month. Please cancel your subscription before the 25th of the month to avoid being charged.
Please check your address before checkout! If your order has the wrong address, please contact us right away! :)
No refunds will be given for wrong delivery addresses. If delivery is attempted, please reach out to the delivery service to schedule redelivery. Extra charges may occur if a second label is needed due to address/delivery issues.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final.
**Orders outside of the US: products broken in transit are subject to refunds for items. Replacements will not be sent.
Refunds on returned items will not include shipping or import fees/taxes, as those fees have already been paid to the delivery service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Pictures of the items are encouraged so we can assess the problem and accurately accommodate you.
Defective items may qualify for replacement if Roy and Pip Creations LLC is contacted within 14 days of delivery date.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
