Processing time: 5-11 business days to create your order (does not include shipping time)
Expedited shipping does not speed up processing times.
Shipping time:
- USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, estimated 2-4 days
- USPS Priority Express, 1-2 days
International delivery ranges from 1-2 weeks to 1-2 months depending on customs processing times.

Orders are no longer our responsibility once they are out of our possession. Any issues with delivery or lost packages are the responsibility of the customer; please contact your local post office or UPS to inquire, as we cannot do this for you. Roy and Pip Creations LLC is not responsible for packages delivered with mistyped or invalid addresses. Please open packages with glassware carefully; we are not responsible for any injuries from broken product.
